The line's name pays homage to the famous 19th-century legend created by founder Don Melchor de Concha y Toro, who spread the rumor that the devil himself guarded his private cellar to deter thieves. This Viognier benefits from the unique coastal breezes and mineral-rich soils of northern Chile, which temper the warm sun and allow the grapes to ripen slowly.
