Concha y Toro's 'Serie Riberas' (Riverbank Series) is a tribute to the cooling influence of Chile's river basins. This Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from select vineyards situated along the banks of the Tinguiririca River in the Colchagua Valley, within the broader Central Valley. The proximity to the riverbed provides constant breezes that moderate temperatures, allowing for a slow, even ripening process that preserves natural acidity and coaxes out intense red fruit aromas, subtle spice, and structured tannins. Aged in French and American oak, this wine represents a modern, terroir-driven expression of Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon, highlighting the crucial role that water and geography play in shaping the country's finest wines.

Founded in 1883 by Don Melchor de Santiago Concha y Toro and his wife, Emiliana Subercaseaux, Viña Concha y Toro is Chile's most historic and globally recognized winery, headquartered in the picturesque commune of Pirque within the Maipo Valley. Under the stewardship of the Guilisasti family since the mid-20th century, the estate has expanded its reach across Chile's premier terroirs, from the coastal breezes of Casablanca to the warm, clay-rich soils of Peumo in the Cachapoal Valley. The winery is celebrated for its pioneering spirit and commitment to sustainability, producing world-class wines that showcase the diverse microclimates of Chile. Their portfolio is anchored by iconic expressions such as the critically acclaimed Carmín de Peumo Carmenere, the terroir-driven Terrunyo line, and the legendary, globally beloved Casillero del Diablo range.
