Courvoisier VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) is a benchmark Cognac that embodies the historic craftsmanship of the Jarnac-based house. This elegant spirit is meticulously blended from eaux-de-vie sourced from the Fins Bois, Grande Champagne, and Petite Champagne crus. The Fins Bois contributes vibrant floral and fruit notes, while the Champagne crus provide structure, depth, and aging potential. Distilled in traditional Charentais copper pot stills and aged in hand-selected French oak casks, it develops a complex profile of peach, toasted almond, jasmine, and sweet spices.
