The lieu-dit Belzbrunnen, whose name translates to 'beautiful fountain' and carries historical whispers of Belenus, the Celtic god of light, is a highly regarded vineyard site situated at the foot of the Grand Cru Spiegel in Bergholtz. Domaine Dirler-Cadé crafts this dry Riesling from certified biodynamic plots where the vines dig deep into sandy-clay and limestone-rich soils. Utilizing traditional horse-drawn plowing to preserve soil structure and promote biodiversity, the estate coaxes an incredibly pure expression of terroir from the grapes. The resulting wine is renowned for its crystalline precision, weaving together vibrant citrus zest, white floral aromas, and a deep, saline-driven minerality that echoes the ancient geological heritage of Alsace.

Domaine Dirler-Cadé blev grundlagt i 1871 i den sydalsaciske landsby Bergholtz og forener to historiske vinfamilier, som fandt sammen i 2000 ved ægteskabet mellem Jean Dirler og Ludivine Cadé.
