Domaine Bruno Clair was founded in 1979 by Bruno Clair, carrying forward the illustrious winemaking legacy of his grandfather, Joseph Clair, who established the famed Domaine Clair-Daü in 1919. Headquartered in Marsannay-la-Côte at the northern tip of the Côte de Nuits, the estate expanded significantly in the 1980s through the reintegration of prime family holdings across prestigious Burgundy appellations.
