This Riesling Feinherb represents the historic, traditional style of the region, where fermentations naturally slowed or stopped in the cool autumn cellars, leaving a delicate touch of residual sweetness. Crafted from 100% Riesling grown on steep, hand-harvested vineyards, the wine undergoes fermentation in a combination of stainless steel tanks and traditional large oak casks (Fuder).
