Its name derives from the historic sundial erected in 1842 by Jodocus Prüm to guide vineyard workers. Dr. Loosen's Auslese Goldkapsel represents an extraordinary, highly selective harvest of botrytised grapes from ancient, ungrafted vines rooted in pure blue Devonian slate.
