The Le Gallais estate, acquired by the legendary Egon Müller family in 1954, holds a near-monopoly on the historic Wiltinger Braune Kupp vineyard. Situated on a steep, south-facing amphitheater along the Saar River, this vineyard is defined by its unique iron-rich, reddish Devonian slate soil, which yields a warmer microclimate than the cooler Scharzhofberg.
