Crafted by the legendary Egon Müller under the Le Gallais estate, this rare Riesling hails from the Wiltinger Braune Kupp, a steep, south-facing monopole vineyard overlooking the Saar River. Unlike the cold grey slate of Scharzhofberg, the 'Brown Dome' is rich in iron-infused red slate, yielding a warmer, intensely spicy, and deeply mineral expression of Riesling. The 'Goldkapsel' designation indicates a selection of highly botrytised grapes of extraordinary sweetness and acidity, while the 'Auktion' status means this specific bottling was reserved exclusively for the prestigious annual VDP auction in Trier.
