The Braune Kupp vineyard, situated on a steep, south-facing amphitheater of iron-rich, reddish-brown slate along the Saar River, yields grapes of extraordinary intensity. The Goldkapsel designation denotes an exceptionally rigorous selection of botrytized grapes, harvested by hand in multiple passes.
