Unlike the cooler grey slate of the legendary Scharzhofberg, the 'brown crest' of Braune Kupp yields a Riesling with a warmer, slightly more exotic fruit profile, balanced by a razor-sharp, electric acidity. Crafted with minimalist intervention and fermented in traditional oak Fuder, this Kabinett captures the ethereal play between delicate natural sweetness, low alcohol, and intense slate minerality.
