Emiliana's 'Adobe' range is named in tribute to the traditional sun-dried clay bricks historically used to build Chilean haciendas, reflecting a deep-rooted philosophy of working in harmony with the earth. Sourced from organic vineyards across Chile's Central Valley, this Syrah thrives in a Mediterranean climate where warm, sun-drenched days are tempered by cool evening breezes rolling down from the Andes and in from the Pacific. This dramatic diurnal temperature swing allows the grapes to develop rich, concentrated fruit flavors while preserving their natural, vibrant acidity. The winemaking process emphasizes purity of fruit, employing gentle extraction and aging a portion of the blend in oak to impart subtle structure and spice without overshadowing the grape's natural character.
