This Gran Reserva blend marries Chile's flagship Carmenere with the structural elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from organically farmed vineyards in the fertile Central Valley. The grapes benefit from a Mediterranean climate where warm, sun-drenched days are tempered by cool evening breezes rolling off the Andes. This dramatic diurnal temperature shift allows the Carmenere to lose its aggressive pyrazines and develop rich, spicy notes of black pepper and dark plum, while the Cabernet Sauvignon retains its vibrant acidity and firm tannic backbone.
