Hailing from the cool-climate Casablanca Valley within the broader Aconcagua region, Signos de Origen 'La Vinilla' is a beautifully crafted white blend that showcases Emiliana's dedication to biodynamic viticulture. The wine is named after the historic La Vinilla vineyard, where the vines benefit from the cooling influence of morning fogs and ocean breezes sweeping in from the Pacific. This unique microclimate allows for a slow ripening process, preserving vibrant acidity while developing intense aromatic complexity. The blend typically marries the structure of Chardonnay with the aromatic lift of Rhône varieties like Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne, partially fermented and aged in French oak barrels and concrete eggs to add texture, creaminess, and complexity without overshadowing the pristine fruit.
