Hailing from the cool-climate Casablanca Valley within Chile's Aconcagua region, Emiliana's Signos de Origen White Blend is a beautifully crafted, biodynamic wine that showcases the estate's commitment to ecological harmony. Grown in the sandy-clay soils of the La Vinilla vineyard, this unique blend marries the rich texture of Chardonnay with the exotic aromatics of Rhône varieties like Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne. The vineyard is heavily influenced by the cold Humboldt Current of the Pacific Ocean, which brings morning fogs and cool afternoon breezes, allowing for a slow, balanced ripening process. The 'Signos de Origen' line is inspired by the unique 'signs' of nature, celebrating the estate's rich biodiversity where native flora and fauna, including helpful insects and roaming animals, work in tandem to maintain a healthy, self-sustaining vineyard ecosystem.

Founded in 1986 by the Guilisasti family, Emiliana has grown to become the world's leading producer of organic and biodynamic wines. In the late 1990s, visionary director Rafael Guilisasti partnered with renowned consulting winemaker Álvaro Espinoza to pioneer ecological viticulture across Chile's most prestigious wine regions, including the Casablanca, Maipo, Colchagua, and Cachapoal Valleys. Guided by Demeter-certified biodynamic farming principles, Emiliana eliminates synthetic inputs in favor of natural preparations and native biodiversity to authentically reflect terroir. The estate is widely celebrated for its flagship biodynamic red blends, notably Coyam and Gê, as well as expressive single-vineyard expressions of Carmenère, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah.
