✨ wine.spec_sheet

The Errazuriz Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine that showcases the estate's pioneering exploration of the cool-climate Aconcagua Costa region, located just 12 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean. Grown on unique metamorphic soils with a high presence of schist, the grapes benefit from cold maritime breezes and morning mists, allowing for a slow ripening process that preserves intense acidity and mineral drive. Crafted using the traditional method, this 100% Chardonnay cuvée undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and extended lees aging, resulting in a sophisticated sparkling wine that balances vibrant citrus and green apple notes with complex autolytic characters of toasted brioche and hazelnut.
