Hailing from the cool-climate Aconcagua Costa region, Errazuriz's Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is a testament to the estate's pioneering spirit in exploring coastal terroirs. Sourced primarily from the Manzanar Vineyard, located just 12 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean, the vines benefit from the chilling influence of the Humboldt Current. Morning mists and cool ocean breezes slow down the ripening process, allowing the grapes to develop intense aromatic complexity while retaining a vibrant, crisp acidity. The soils, rich in metamorphic slate and schist, impart a distinctive saline minerality to the wine. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its pure fruit character, this Sauvignon Blanc showcases a brilliant harmony of citrus, green apple, and subtle herbal notes, representing a modern, elegant expression of Chilean coastal winemaking.

Viña Errázuriz blev grundlagt i 1870 af Don Maximiano Errázuriz og er en af Chiles mest prestigefyldte og historiske vingårde, beliggende i Aconcagua Valleys enestående terroir. Under Eduardo Chadwicks visionære lederskab har det familieejede vinhus spillet en afgørende rolle i at slå Chiles position fast på verdensscenen som en vinproducent i absolut topklasse – kulminerende med den historiske Berlin Tasting i 2004.
