✨ Tekniske specifikationer
Famille Perrin's red wines are synonymous with the soul of the Southern Rhône Valley. Drawing from a mosaic of terroirs that span from the stony terraces of Châteauneuf-du-Pape to the clay-limestone soils of Gigondas and the Côtes du Rhône, their red winemaking philosophy emphasizes the preservation of fresh fruit, terroir specificity, and structural elegance. Historically, the family has championed the blending of traditional Southern Rhône varieties, utilizing large oak foudres rather than small new barriques to avoid masking the natural character of the grapes. The mistral wind, which sweeps through the valley keeping the vineyards dry and healthy, plays a legendary role in shaping the concentration and health of the vines, allowing the Perrin family to maintain their pioneering organic and biodynamic farming practices.
