Sourced from select, cooler vineyard sites within the Columbia Valley, such as the acclaimed Boushey Vineyard, this wine is crafted to capture Washington's intense daytime sun alongside its cool desert nights. To build complexity, the winemaking team often utilizes a combination of stainless steel tanks, concrete eggs, and neutral French oak barrels for fermentation and aging. This thoughtful cellar regimen preserves the grape's bright, vibrant citrus and tropical fruit characteristics while imparting a beautifully rounded texture and a distinctive mineral edge, offering a sophisticated and structured white wine that stands proudly alongside the estate's robust red portfolio.

Established in 2000 by veteran Washington winemaker Charlie Hoppes, Fidelitas is an artisanal winery dedicated to showcasing the distinct terroir of the Red Mountain AVA in Washington State.
