✨ wine.spec_sheet

Hailing from the sun-drenched hills of the Trapani countryside in western Sicily, Firriato's Charme Rosé is a vibrant and elegant expression of the island's contemporary winemaking renaissance. This light, slightly sparkling (frizzante) rosé is crafted from a selection of native Sicilian red grape varieties, capturing the essence of the Mediterranean breeze and the clay-rich soils of the estate. The wine is produced using a gentle pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation, with a short secondary fermentation in autoclaves to obtain its signature delicate, persistent bead. It represents a modern, playful side of Sicilian viticulture, designed to evoke the joyful, carefree spirit of Mediterranean summers.
