The wine pays homage to the maritime influence of the Mediterranean, where cool sea breezes temper the warm southern sun, allowing the Sauvignon Blanc grapes to retain their vibrant acidity and intense aromatic profile. Grown on carefully selected clay-limestone soils, the grapes undergo gentle pressing and low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats to preserve their pure, expressive fruit character. The name Perles reflects the wine's delicate, shimmering clarity and refined elegance, beautifully presented in a signature bottle that captures the art de vivre of the French Riviera.
