This rare 21-year-old single cask release, drawn from Cask 8685, represents a liquid time capsule of the distillery's traditional production methods. Distilled prior to the distillery's late-1990s modernization, it embodies the classic, heavy-bodied Highland style: rich, oily, and deeply complex.
