Steeped in the rich lore of Speyside, the Glenfiddich Centenary Edition was crafted to celebrate a monumental milestone: one hundred years since William Grant and his family hand-built the distillery, with the first spirit flowing on Christmas Day in 1887. Named after the Gaelic for 'Valley of the Deer,' Glenfiddich has remained family-owned, preserving traditional methods such as using the pristine Robbie Dhu spring water and maintaining onsite coopers. This historic release showcases the classic Speyside character, shaped by distillation in uniquely shaped copper pot stills and patient maturation in fine oak casks, yielding a spirit celebrated for its elegant notes of orchard fruits, gentle oak spice, and subtle honeyed warmth.

Founded in 1886 by William Grant and constructed by hand with the help of his family, Glenfiddich Distillery is situated in the heart of Dufftown in Scotland's renowned Speyside region. Still independently owned by William Grant & Sons, the distillery made history in 1963 by pioneering the international single malt Scotch whisky category beyond traditional blended scotch.
