Hailing from the legendary Dufftown in Speyside, Scotland, Glenfiddich was founded in 1886 by William Grant, who built the distillery by hand with his family. The name Glenfiddich translates from Gaelic as 'Valley of the Deer', symbolized by the iconic stag logo. This ultra-rare 50-Year-Old Third Release represents the pinnacle of patient maturation, drawn from historic casks that have rested in dunnage warehouses for half a century. Glenfiddich Distillery blev grundlagt i 1886 af William Grant og opført ved håndkraft med hjælp fra hans familie.
