Crafted from a selection of approximately 100 robust eaux-de-vie primarily sourced from the premier crus of the Cognac region, the spirit is distilled in traditional copper Charentais alembic stills and aged in French Limousin oak casks. The result is a complex, deeply structured Cognac that weaves together rich aromas of candied fruit, wild cocoa, and warm baking spices, underpinned by a subtle, elegant woodiness that reflects the historic blending mastery of the Fillioux family.
