Hailing from the wind-swept Orkney Islands, Highland Park is one of Scotland's most remote and historic distilleries, founded in 1798 by the legendary smuggler Magnus Eunson. This 21-Year-Old Single Malt represents the pinnacle of Orcadian craftsmanship, shaped by the island's unique climate and terroir. Highland Park's signature character comes from the hand-cut, heather-rich peat of Hobbister Moor, which imparts a gentle, aromatic floral smoke rather than the medicinal iodine notes found in Islay malts. Matured patiently for over two decades in a combination of sherry-seasoned European oak casks, sherry-seasoned American oak casks, and select refill casks, this exquisite malt marries waves of warm spices, dried orange peel, and rich heather honey with a whisper of sweet peat smoke.

Highland Park klamrer sig til det forblæste Orkney ud for Skotlands nordlige kyst. Destilleriet blev grundlagt i 1798 af den illegale destillatør Magnus Eunson, inden det opnåede officiel licens i 1826.
