Hailing from the wind-swept Orkney Islands, Highland Park is one of Scotland's most remote and historic distilleries, founded in 1798 by the legendary smuggler Magnus Eunson. This 21-Year-Old Single Malt represents the pinnacle of Orcadian craftsmanship, shaped by the island's unique climate and terroir. Highland Park's signature character comes from the hand-cut, heather-rich peat of Hobbister Moor, which imparts a gentle, aromatic floral smoke rather than the medicinal iodine notes found in Islay malts.
