Established in 1798 by the legendary smuggler Magnus Eunson, Highland Park is one of the northernmost distilleries in the world, located on the windswept Orkney Islands of Scotland. The Bicentenary 21-Year-Old was crafted to celebrate two centuries of traditional distilling heritage. This single malt owes its distinctive character to Orkney's unique environment, particularly the heather-rich peat harvested from Hobbister Moor, which imparts a sweet, aromatic smoke unlike mainland peat. Matured predominantly in sherry-seasoned oak casks, this expression delivers a harmonious balance of rich dried fruits, warm spices, heather honey, and a gentle maritime whisper, reflecting the wild, windswept elements of its island home.

Highland Park blev grundlagt i 1798 i Kirkwall på det afsidesliggende Orkney-øhav og er et af Skotlands mest traditionsrige og nordligst beliggende single malt-destillerier.
