Hailing from the wind-swept Orkney Islands, Highland Park's 'Loki' is the second legendary release in the highly coveted Valhalla Collection. This 15-year-old single malt pays homage to the Norse trickster god, reflecting his shape-shifting, unpredictable nature through a complex flavor profile. Distilled at one of Scotland's northernmost distilleries, where Viking heritage runs deep, this expression is crafted using hand-turned Orcadian peat and aged in a combination of traditional Spanish sherry casks and heavily peated casks.
