Crafted from premium grapes sourced across South Australia's top regions, including Coonawarra and Barossa, the wine undergoes a unique two-stage aging process. After initial aging in traditional French and American oak wine barrels, the wine is finished in aged Irish whiskey barrels. This proprietary technique, which required extensive trial and error to perfect without overpowering the fruit, coaxes out exceptionally smooth tannins and introduces complex layers of roasted nuts, sweet spice, and subtle charred oak to the classic Cabernet profile of cassis and dark chocolate.
