The Boushey Vineyard, nestled in the cooler, high-elevation slopes of Washington's Yakima Valley, is legendary among Pacific Northwest winemakers. Managed by the iconic grower Dick Boushey, this site is renowned for yielding Rhône varietals of incredible depth and complexity. Kerloo Cellars harnesses this exceptional fruit to craft a Mourvèdre that champions low-intervention winemaking. Fermented with native yeasts and aged primarily in neutral French oak, this wine is a pure expression of its terroir. It beautifully balances the wild, savory, and rustic character of the Mourvèdre grape—marked by notes of dark berries, cured meats, and white pepper—with the bright acidity and mineral tension characteristic of Boushey's unique silt loam soils.

Founded in 2007 by winemaker Ryan Crane in Walla Walla, Washington, Kerloo Cellars is named after the distinctive call of the near-extinct Whooping Crane.
