Produced under the stewardship of the prestigious Rioja house, La Rioja Alta, S.A. (via their Galician estate, Lagar de Cervera), this wine pays homage to the traditional 'Pazo'—the historic Galician manor houses that dot the landscape. Unlike single-varietal Albariños, this classic O Rosal blend combines Albariño with native Loureiro, Treixadura, and Caiño Blanco. Grown on granite soils along the terraced banks of the Miño River bordering Portugal, the vines benefit from a unique microclimate that is warmer and drier than the rest of the region.
