✨ Technical Specifications
Finca Las Moras's Dadá range is inspired by the early 20th-century Dadaist art movement, which championed spontaneity, irreverence, and the dismantling of traditional rules. In this spirit, Dadá 7 Sweet is crafted to challenge conventional wine norms, offering an approachable, intensely aromatic, and delightfully sweet profile. Sourced from the sun-drenched, high-altitude vineyards of San Juan, Argentina, where the dry desert climate and pure Andean meltwater yield grapes of exceptional aromatic intensity, this wine is typically crafted from Torrontés and Moscatel. The winemaking focuses on preserving the vibrant, fresh fruit character, stopping fermentation early to retain natural residual sugars and a light, playful effervescence.
🍾 About the Producer
Established in the 1990s in San Juan, Argentina, Finca Las Moras emerged as an essential pioneer in reshaping the region's viticultural landscape across the Tulum, Zonda, and Pedernal Valleys. Now part of the Grupo Peñaflor family, the winery takes its name from the native blackberry trees that frame its high-altitude vineyards tucked against the Andes Mountains. Finca Las Moras is celebrated for its innovative and sustainable approach to winemaking, focusing heavily on unlocking the regional potential of Syrah alongside classic Argentine staples like Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and aromatic whites such as Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc. From the accessible and fruit-driven Intis line to complex, terroir-focused reserves, their wines showcase the intense sunshine, mineral-rich soils, and vibrant fruit purity characteristic of San Juan.
