Uniquely, Chanson insisted that this specific plot remain planted exclusively to Chardonnay, despite the hill of Corton being overwhelmingly famous for its red Pinot Noir. Raised with care in Louis Jadot's cellars, this Grand Cru showcases the profound power and mineral complexity of the Corton hill, offering a rich, structured profile with intense notes of yellow orchard fruits, toasted hazelnuts, and crushed limestone.
