Sourced from select vineyards across the Bourgogne region, this 100% Chardonnay undergoes fermentation and aging entirely in stainless steel tanks with no oak contact. This deliberate winemaking choice preserves the vibrant green apple, bright citrus, and flinty mineral notes characteristic of the region's limestone-rich soils.
