Hailing from the rolling, limestone-rich hills of the Mâconnais in southern Burgundy, Louis Latour's Mâcon-Villages 'Chameroy' is a beautiful expression of pure, unvarnished Chardonnay. The name 'Chameroy' is historic to the house, representing a classic style that prioritizes freshness and fruit purity. To achieve this vibrant character, the grapes are fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks, undergoing full malolactic fermentation to soften the natural acidity and impart a subtle, creamy roundness. This traditional approach captures the essence of the region's clay-limestone soils, delivering a wine that is both delightfully approachable and deeply rooted in Burgundian heritage.

Founded in 1797 and rooted in Aloxe-Corton since the 17th century, Maison Louis Latour is one of Burgundy's most historic family-owned wine merchants and domaine producers, managed across more than eleven generations.
