Luigi Bosca's 'De Sangre' tier represents wines born from the family's private selection, a tribute to the 'bloodline' and heritage of the Arizu family who have shaped Argentine viticulture since 1901. The De Sangre White Blend is a sophisticated, high-altitude white wine sourced from select vineyards in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, primarily Gualtallary and Tupungato. This blend artfully combines Chardonnay, Semillon, and Sauvignon Blanc. The Chardonnay is partially fermented in oak barrels to impart texture, structure, and subtle vanilla notes, while the Sauvignon Blanc contributes vibrant acidity and citrus aromas, and the Semillon adds a sleek, oily mouthfeel with hints of honey and white flowers. Established in 1901 by Don Leoncio Arizu, Bodega Luigi Bosca stands as a cornerstone of modern Argentine viticulture. Steered across four generations by the Arizu family alongside head winemaker Pablo Cúneo, the estate was instrumental in defining Argentina's fine-wine identity and establishing the landmark Luján de Cuyo DOC in 1989. While universally celebrated for red expressions, the bodega boasts a venerable reputation for white and sparkling vinification, drawing fruit from prized high-altitude holdings across Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley.
