Luigi Bosca's Malbec Reserva represents the quintessential expression of Mendoza Malbec, crafted from select family-owned vineyards situated at the foothills of the Andes in Luján de Cuyo and Maipú. The Arizu family, pioneering figures in Argentine viticulture, have spent over a century perfecting this signature style. The grapes are harvested from vines averaging over 30 years of age, growing in sandy-loam soils at altitudes of around 900 meters. This elevation provides warm days and cool nights, allowing the grapes to develop deep color, intense aromatics, and balanced acidity. The wine is traditionally aged in French oak barrels for approximately 12 months, resulting in a harmonious red that beautifully marries ripe plum and cherry fruit notes with subtle hints of vanilla, mocha, and spice.

Founded in 1901 by Leoncio Arizu, Bodega Luigi Bosca is one of Argentina's most historic and prestigious wineries, located in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. Still family-owned and managed by the Arizu family, the estate has played a pioneering role in Argentine viticulture, notably helping to establish the country's first D.O.C. (Luján de Cuyo) in 1989. The winery's philosophy centers on showcasing the unique high-altitude terroirs of Mendoza through meticulous vineyard management and precise winemaking. Luigi Bosca is highly celebrated for its elegant, structured red blends and single-vineyard expressions, such as the iconic Finca Los Nobles Cabernet Bouchet and Gala 1 Malbec, alongside expressive whites like the Gala 3 Viognier and Linda Chardonnay.
