Crafted entirely from Viognier grown on steep, granite-rich slopes similar to those of nearby Condrieu, this cuvée is named 'Esteban' in a personal family tribute. To preserve the purest expression of the terroir and grape, it is vinified with minimal intervention and often without added sulfur.
