Rather than a single cuvée, this collection represents Haisma's micro-négoce philosophy: capturing the pure, low-intervention essence of individual parcels. From the bright, mineral-driven Aligoté and elegant Chardonnays to the silkiness of his Volnay and the structural depth of his Gevrey-Chambertin and Cornas, each bottle in the assortment showcases his signature style. Dette mikro-négociant- og domaine-projekt med base i Gevrey-Chambertin blev grundlagt i 2007 af den australske vinmager Mark Haisma, som tidligere var ledende vinmager side om side med Dr. Bailey Carrodus på Yarra Yering. Haisma startede som en håndværksorienteret négociant, der opkøbte druer på tværs af Côte de Nuits og Côte de Beaune, men har gradvist udviklet sig til en decideret domaine-vigneron med egne parceller i både Gevrey og det nordlige Mâconnais. Hans tilgang bygger på en økologisk filosofi i vinmarkerne kombineret med minimal indgriben i kælderen. Vinifikationen er centreret omkring nænsom ekstraktion, en velovervejet andel hele drueklaser, spontangæring med det naturlige gær og lagring på neutralt egetræ for at fremhæve terroirets rene udtryk frem for et præg af kælderen. Sideløbende med klassiske Village- og Premier Cru-vine fra Bourgogne, herunder Gevrey-Chambertin og Volnay, skaber Haisma også Syrah i det nordlige Rhône samt mere rebelske, uortodokse aftapninger som 'A Bogan in Bogandy' og Shiraz dyrket i Mâconnais.
