The Zeltinger Sonnenuhr (Sundial) vineyard is legendary, named after the historic sundial erected in 1842 by Jodocus Prüm to guide vineyard workers. Its incredibly steep slopes of fine, weathered blue Devonian slate yield Riesling of profound minerality and structure. While 'Auslese' traditionally suggests sweetness, Molitor's signature 'White Capsule' denotes a dry style. The two-star (2*) designation represents an exceptional selection of highly ripe, partially botrytized grapes.
