✨ wine.spec_sheet

Crafted by the historic Mezzacorona cooperative, founded in 1904 in the shadow of the Italian Alps, this Pinot Grigio is a classic expression of the Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT. The grapes are cultivated in the breathtaking, breeze-swept valleys at the foot of the Dolomite Mountains, where dramatic diurnal temperature swings lock in vibrant acidity and intense aromatics. Fermented entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its pristine fruit character, this wine reflects the alpine purity of its terroir. It delivers delicate floral notes, crisp green apple, and a signature mineral undertone rooted in the region's ancient glacial soils.
