Sourced from the cool-climate vineyards of the Curicó Valley, where cold southern breezes and rich volcanic soils allow Pinot Noir to ripen slowly, this wine is vinified as a white wine from black grapes. By employing immediate, extremely gentle pressing of whole clusters, the winemakers avoid skin contact, preventing the extraction of red pigments while retaining the grape's structural complexity.
