Esplendor Vardon Kennett is an elegant, high-altitude sparkling wine crafted by the legendary Familia Torres in Catalunya. The wine pays homage to Daniel Vardon Kennett, an English maritime trader who arrived in Barcelona in the late 18th century and adopted the historic Santa Maria de Valldera estate in the Penedès as his home. Centuries later, Torres restored this heritage estate and dedicated this cuvée to his adventurous spirit. Sourced from high-elevation vineyards in the Alt Penedès to preserve vibrant acidity amidst a changing climate, this traditional method sparkling wine typically blends Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Xarel·lo. Fermented partially in oak barrels and aged on its lees for over 30 months, it offers a refined profile of crisp green apple, citrus zest, toasted brioche, and a distinct mineral backbone.

Founded in 1870 by brothers Jaime and Miguel Torres Vendrell in Vilafranca del Penedès, Familia Torres has grown into one of Spain's most storied and internationally acclaimed wine dynasties.
