✨ Technical Specifications
Hailing from the sun-drenched hills of Catalunya, Torres Nerola Blanco is a beautiful expression of Mediterranean viticulture, crafted primarily from a blend of organic Xarel-lo and Garnacha Blanca. The name 'Nerola' evokes the delicate, aromatic essence of orange blossom (neroli) that wafts through Catalan orchards in the spring. Familia Torres, a legendary name in Spanish winemaking, utilizes sustainable and organic farming to preserve the purity of this terroir. In the cellar, a portion of the blend undergoes brief oak aging or lees contact, seamlessly marrying the vibrant, mineral-driven acidity of Xarel-lo with the rich, stone-fruit texture of Garnacha Blanca. The result is a harmonious white wine that captures the maritime breeze and historic soul of northeastern Spain.
