The Santa Digna range from Miguel Torres Chile is named after the historic stone crosses that marked the borders of Chilean estates, serving as symbols of protection and fortune for travelers. This Gewurztraminer is a vibrant expression of the variety grown in the Central Valley, where cool night breezes from the Andes help retain the grape's signature aromatic intensity and crisp acidity. Crafted under Fair Trade certification, the wine is fermented entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its delicate, highly expressive floral and tropical fruit profile, showcasing the Torres family's commitment to both ecological sustainability and varietal purity in the New World.
