✨ Technical Specifications
Hailing from the historic grand cru village of Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs, Saran Nature is a legendary still white wine (Coteaux Champenois) crafted by Moët & Chandon. Its story is deeply intertwined with the Château de Saran, a grand estate acquired by Jean-Remy Moët in 1801 that has long hosted royalty and dignitaries. Unlike the sparkling cuvées for which the region is globally famous, this rare Blanc de Blancs represents the ancient tradition of still winemaking in Champagne, which predates the sparkling method. Sourced from the chalk-rich soils surrounding the château, it showcases a beautifully pure, unadorned expression of Chardonnay, defined by vibrant citrus, white flowers, and a distinct, chalky minerality that reflects its unique terroir.
