✨ Technical Specifications
The Reserve Exclusive Brut is the quintessential ambassador of Nicolas Feuillatte, the youngest of the great Champagne houses, founded in 1976 by its visionary namesake. Embodying the collective spirit of the Centre Vinicole – Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte cooperative, this cuvée is a masterclass in blending, drawing from up to 150 different crus across the region's diverse terroirs. The blend typically consists of 40% Pinot Noir for structure and power, 40% Meunier for vibrant fruitiness, and 20% Chardonnay for elegance and freshness. Aged for a minimum of three years in the chalk cellars of Chouilly, this non-vintage Champagne achieves a harmonious balance of fresh pear, white peach, and subtle brioche notes, reflecting the modern, approachable, yet deeply refined style that propelled the house to global fame.
