The Benjamín line by Nieto Senetiner is named in honor of Benjamín Nieto, one of the foundational figures of the historic estate. It represents a youthful, vibrant, and highly accessible expression of Mendoza's terroir. Unlike the estate's highly structured, long-aged icon wines, Benjamín Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted to capture the immediate, fresh fruit character of the grape. Grown in the sunny, high-altitude vineyards of Mendoza, the grapes benefit from intense solar radiation and cool mountain nights, which preserve acidity while fully ripening the tannins. The winemaking focuses on temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel to emphasize bright red currant, plum, and subtle black pepper notes, offering an approachable and friendly introduction to Argentine Cabernet Sauvignon.

Founded in 1888 by Italian immigrants in the premier wine-growing region of Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Nieto Senetiner is one of Argentina's most historic and prestigious wineries. The estate was acquired by the Nieto and Senetiner families in 1969, who expanded its facilities while preserving its architectural heritage, and it is now part of the Perez Companc Group. Renowned for its deep respect for terroir, the winery crafts exceptional wines from historic vineyards, including the centenarian vines of Finca Villa Blanca planted in 1906.
