The Colección Tardía Dulce Blanco is a late-harvest sweet white wine crafted from grapes left on the vine to dehydrate slightly under the intense Mendoza sun. This natural dehydration concentrates the sugars and aromatic compounds within the berries. Sourced from high-altitude vineyards in Mendoza, the grapes benefit from dramatic diurnal temperature shifts, which preserve a vital vein of acidity that balances the wine's luscious sweetness.
